This Houseboat has been particularly well thought out and materials were not skimped on during construction. For example, plastic full-foam floats have been used, a galvanized steel frame and hardwood floors that together make for a particularly low-maintenance construction. The impregnated log cabin is equipped with double glazing (which is in tilt/turn windows) and an energy-efficient pellet stove, so in terms of heat there is no shortage so that even during a harsh winter you can look out over the water in wonderful comfort. The electricity supply is in excellent order with 6 solar panels of 335 watts each and a combined capacity of over 2000 watts. The "Victron easy solar combi" which delivers 3000 watts works in perfect harmony with the solar panels, the 2 large 200 Ah batteries and, if desired, the available shore power. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner electric stove, a full size refrigerator with freezer compartment and soft-close drawers. The wet room is also generously equipped with a toilet and generously sized shower stall, showering is via an energy efficient boiler. Staying outside is pleasant because of the large terrace at the front and also a terrace at the rear, the heavy-duty stainless steel railing and stainless steel handles along the gangways give a safe and secure feeling, the long swim ladder completes the package. Equipped with a 25 hp Mercury Four Stroke + a 55 kgf Vetus bow thruster.
