Spacious, robust & generously equipped are characteristics that suit this Mistral 13.60 AK perfectly, but we would do this ship an injustice if we stop the comparison there. The list of innovations and upgrades that this ship has recently undergone is long, very long, so we would like to take you through some of the highlights. For example, the entire ship was sprayed in a 2-component paint system in 2022, with all windows removed. After spraying, new thermopane windows with plastic window profiles from Top Windows were installed, and the portholes are all fitted with double glazing and fly screens. In the same year, a 4kVA WhisperPower generator was installed, the hob was replaced by a 4-burner induction hob from Siemens, the electrical system was renewed & equipped with an isolating transformer and vinyl floors were laid. The curtains have also been renewed and the driveline has been given a new propeller shaft bearing, Python drive incl. thrust bearing & water-lubricated propeller shaft. One year earlier, the upholstery was renewed, a beautiful convertible tent was placed over the entire aft deck and all 8 batteries were renewed. Upon entering the saloon, the large windows and the considerable standing height immediately give a feeling of space and you will also find this when entering the forepeak and aft cabin.
