De Fairline 36 Turbo is zeer praktisch ingedeeld en combineert een Flybridge met een slaapcabine zowel in het voor als achterschip. Beide slaapcabines hebben een royaal tweepersoonsbed en tevens een eigen douche en toilet. De gaskookplaat is vervangen door een elektrische kookplaat die dankzij de 3,5 KW generator ook tijdens het varen gebruikt kan worden. De twee Volvo Penta motoren van 200 pk zijn momenteel afgeregeld en verzegeld zodat het schip ook zonder vaarbewijs gevaren kan worden. Keuringsrapport oktober 2018 aanwezig.
